COOKIES

Like almost all web sites this site uses cookies, which are tiny files a web site asks your browser to store on your computer or mobile device. Cookies can be used in order to collect information about web site traffic, in order to optimise our web presence and services, and to make our web site userfriendly. Cookies cannot harm your computer in any way nor do they give us access to your computer or any identifying data.

Most browsers support cookies, but users can set their browsers to decline them and can delete them whenever they like. Please keep in mind that disabling cookies might affect how this or any other web site looks or functions.

Third party cookies, plugins, embedded media content and social media plugins

While, in the past, we have incorporated social media buttons and plugins on this site to make it easy for you to share content in your social media circles, we have stopped using them. If you find an old page with a social media plugin that we missed, please do let us know at this email address: office@biofaction.com.

Since we also create films, animations and live streams, this site also embeds videos from our YouTube and Vimeo channels. For these embedded videos to work and be playable, YouTube and Vimeo will set cookies, over which we have no control. Some of our work is also soundbased, including podcasts, music, interviews etc. For this service, we rely on specialist platforms, such as our channel on Soundcloud, and embed files from our channel there. Soundcloud sets cookies, in order for the embedded media content to work. Please be aware that we  have no control over these cookies.

In order for our site to look and function the same across platforms and devices, our layout relies on script libraries, specifically Google Fonts.

If, as mentioned above, you set your browser to decline any cookies, no data or information flow will occur apart from the automated analytics by our provider  already mentioned under “When you visit our web site“. Please keep in mind, however, that this will affect how our or any other web site looks and functions.
